Part II

From AI User to AI Value Creator

What knowledge makes your application useful?

The idea, in brief

I propose moving from AI User to AI Value Creator: from using tools to transforming how an organisation creates value. I focus on relevance, data, expertise and measurement. I discuss smaller specialised models, RAG and organisational integration as choices to assess in context.

Here I summarise the chapter’s argument. Below you will find an excerpt from my book and the references I cite there, numbered as in the bibliography.

An excerpt from my book

Original Italian text, from the chapter opening. · 1 min

My note

This chapter gives a “formal” account of the transition I lived and experienced personally from the moment I began using (generative) AI tools every day and continuously. I wanted to try to generalise and theorise it, so as to offer a framework in which anyone “in transition” might recognise themselves.
